Champion System is committed to you and the apparel we produce. Some garments may be exempt from certain warranties, like a deep-discounted sale. This will be specified at the time of purchase.

Our Four Customer Commitments:

Lifetime Quality Commitment

Using our gear is the best proof of our commitment to quality performance. We are fully confident in the quality and crafting of our apparel. We will replace any items that fails to due to craftsmanship. This commitment does not include normal wear and tear of apparel from use and laundering. This commitment is valid for five years following shipment of apparel. 

Crash Replacement Commitment

At Champion System, we encourage all of you to get out there and get after it. However, one of the unfortunate side effects of our sports is the occasional crash. To help lessen the burden of a crash, we will replace a garment shipped within the last 12 months that is made unwearable by a crash. This does not apply to garments received as a part of a previous warranty initiative/claim.

Fitness Flexibility Commitment

We support your athletic progress, and we back it up with our Fitness Flexibility Commitment. If you are dedicated to training hard, and as a result need a different size than your current season garment, we will happily provide you with one new garment for FREE! This does not apply to garments that were received as a part of a previous warranty initiative/claim. Must have shipped within the last 12 months.

Size Guarantee Commitment

We have modified our Size Guarantee effective September 23, 2024.

If your new apparel item doesn't fit, you have the following options:

• You may return it at your own shipping expense for a 50 % refund.
• Purchase a remake of the garment at a 50% discount. You may keep or return the original garment. This is your choice. Size remakes are only offered one time.

The size guarantee does not apply to sleeve or short length, collar height, gripper or chamois choice. You must initiate and ship your Size Commitment within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Receipt of returned garments is required before refund will be initiated.

Size Guarantee Terms:

• Size Guarantees only apply to main garments. Accessories do not qualify for the Size Guarantee.
• Size Guarantees may only be used for three garments per rolling year per customer.
• We do not carry inventory. Every garment is made to order. We cannot guarantee the turnaround of a remake.
• Size Guarantee warranties must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of receipt of items.
• The size guarantee does not apply to sleeve or short length, collar height, gripper or chamois choice.
• Customer must contact us via the form below or email before returning.
• Customer must obtain a Return Authorization "RA" number before shipping garments back.
• Garment(s) can be refunded or will only be remade once.
• Replacement orders should be expected 3-4 weeks after receipt of returned garments.
• Return garment(s) are shipped at the customer’s expense. Customer must include Return Authorizaion number on the outside of the package.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded, nor will Champion System USA reimburse the customer’s cost to return items.

• Garments that arrive without documentation and previous contact with Champion System will not be processed.
• Returned garments become the property of Champion System USA and may be donated, sold, or used to demonstrate fabrics, cuts, or designs abilities to current or future customers.
