Question
Ben Beger –
Last season I purchased several clothing articles with our cycling team order and I had no issues with the jerseys or bibs, I did however have several issues with the socks and gloves. 2 of the 3 sets of socks tore at the toe seams within the first couple uses and the third after about 10 uses, and both sets of gloves lasted a maybe 20 plus rides before stiches around the thumbs and finger openings started unraveling. I wasn’t made aware of your quality commitment until someone mentioned to me. I just wanted to ask if there was a chance of replacement of those items or has it been too long since the purchase. I may have one pair of the socks and still have the gloves for use as backups but I think rest went into the trash.

Question
Tim –
What’s the difference between the Veloce and Granfondo chamois?

Hi Tim,
The Veloce chamois is less dense, recommended for lighter weight riders or for those doing shorter distances.
The GranFondo chamois is a little more dense, and is ideal for heavier riders or those doing long distances.
