We started shipping our backlog of mask orders on April 29th. We are shipping orders in the order they were placed: first in first out. All orders ship via USPS First Class, which unfortunately doesn’t provide tracking information.

Our staff is working overtime to get the backlog out as fast as possible. At this time, we are expecting to have all orders fulfilled by May 13th.

We thank you for your patience through this time. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to

We are addressing supply issues directly in the face of the global mask shortage created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Effective immediately, we are selling masks directly to consumers.

The CDC’s recommendation of face masks use along with the uptick in local face mask requirements has increased the need for non-medical reusable masks. To help support our community, we took our fifteen years of experience in crafting high-quality fabric goods to shift our manufacturing into producing non-medical grade, reusable face masks.

“Increasing the availability of non-medical masks helps limit COVID-19’s spread throughout our communities,” states Jay Thomas, owner and CEO of Champion System USA, “It also ensures that medical-grade supplies stay available where they’re needed most – for our healthcare professionals.”

The spread of COVID-19 continues to force many to socially isolate, spurring a nationwide increase in domestic violence. Champion System has pledged a portion of all mask sales along with other goods on Champ-Sys’s COVID-19 Relief Store for donation to the Nebraska Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence. Champion System has established a $15,000 goal to be raised for the Coalition via mask and online sales.

“It’s important to note that stress, job loss, and other COVID-19 pressures do not cause abuse,” offers Lynne Lange, Executive Director of NE Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence, “However, those who choose to use violence as a way to control their partner, habitually utilize stressful situations to gain even more control.”

“Many nonprofits are desperate for funding as the federal and state governments focus their resources on fighting COVID-19,” continues Thomas, “We wanted to identify a state-wide organization in Nebraska that positively impacts the livelihood and safety of our communities and then lend them assistance if they weren’t eligible for resources offered by standard COVID-19 Relief Programs.”

Our face masks are designed for both comfort and safety. Adhering to the mantra of “one to wear, one to wash and one to dry,” they’re also available in packs of three. Each is reusable, washable, water-repellent, breathable, and built for comfort. Double-layered with alternating fabric weaves between each layer, they significantly regulate and reduce inbound and outbound transmission of airborne particles.
