Five Easy Ordering Steps
- Create an Account
Our easy to use online interface allows you to place your order at any time. Click here to create an account. Once your account is created, you will be assigned your own dedicated CAS (Custom Apparel Specialist) who will provide you with product selection advice, guidance through your order process, and personalized customer support.
- Begin Design Process
Our fully digital sublimation process provides the highest quality graphics, with unlimited colors. You can either utilize our free online CS Design Lab, or you can create your designs offline and upload directly into your online account. A minimum deposit of $250 is required to submit your design and start the process for new customers. If you are a returning customer, the minimum $250 initial deposit will be waived.
- Review and Approve Your Proofs
Within one week of uploading your design, you will receive a notification from us letting you know that your proofs are ready for review. Feel free to revise any proofs you are not 100% happy with. When you are completely satisfied, you log back in to your account and approve each of your final proofs.
- Place your Order
Let us know your your final sizes and quantities and place your order. At Champion System, your initial order will receive best pricing at only 10 main pieces total – this can be any mix of items. Reorders receive best pricing at only 5 pieces total – this can also be any mix of items. Log in and complete our easy-to-use online interface. We only require a 50% deposit to begin start production upon submitting your final order. We will now start handcrafting your custom garments.
- Submit Final Payment
Your order will need to be paid in full prior to shipping. You'll receive an email with your outstanding balance two weeks before the order ships. Shipping normally occurs 3-4 weeks after proof approval. Need it faster? You can upgrade to our CS Express premium rush service.
